Mr Yeoh Keong Junn is currently an Executive Director in the Cement division of YTL Group.
He began his career in year 2011 as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS AG, specialising in corporate finance. He joined YTL Group in year 2012 and has since been involved in overseeing corporate finance, project management, and operational functions within Cement division.
He currently also serves as the General Director of Fico Tay Ninh Cement Joint Stock Company in Vietnam, where he plays an active role in driving the division's regional expansion and sustainability initiatives, including sustainable construction, low-carbon building materials and strategic developments relating to green cement, infrastructure investment and regional industrial growth across Southeast Asia.

Mr Yeoh Keong Yuan have a Master of Engineering (Meng) in Civil Engineering from University of Oxford United Kingdom
Mr Yeoh Keong Yuan is an Executive Director in the Construction division of the YTL Group. He is the current Vice President of the Master Builders Association of Malaysia.
He is involved in the management of the construction of infrastructure high-rise buildings and railway projects in particular the 192km Gemas-Johor Bahru Electrified Double Track Project and power plants projects. He delivered award winning residential projects in Malaysia and Singapore such as the Fennel at Sentul East, 3 Orchard by the Park in Singapore and the Menara YTL, the current headquarters of the YTL Group.
He serves as an Executive Director in Ranhill Utilities Berhad, which is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. He is also the Director of YTL Power Services Sdn Bhd, which oversees the operations and maintenance of YTL Power International Berhad's portfolio of power generation assets.

Ms Yeoh Pei Yen is an Executive Director of the YTL Cement Group, where she has been instrumental in strengthening the Group's position as a leader in building materials, and ESG within the construction industry. She plays a key role in driving strategic, stakeholder engagement and creating platforms for industry dialogue, knowledge-sharing and collaboration on sustainable construction practices.
Ms Yeoh founded BUILDS, the CSR arm of the YTL Cement Group which focuses on community development, environmental initiatives and educations. Under her leadership, BUILDS has undertaken numerous impactful programs benefiting local communities and advancing critical environmental awareness.
Among the Group's notable initiatives is the Penyu Shell-Ter Project which raised more than RM1.2 million for the turtle conservation efforts in Malayia whilst also supporting and showcasing in Malaysia artists. The project reflects her commitment towards creating meaningful collaboration that amalgamate environmental conservation, communty engagement and the arts.

Mr Tan Boon Leng have a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from University of Canterbury New Zealand
Mr Tan Boon Leng has over 30 years of experience in the industrial concrete products industry. He began his career with Southern Pipe Industry (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in 1988 before joining ICP Marketing Sdn Bhd in 1991 as a Sales Engineer. Over the years, he held various senior positions in sales, marketing, and operations, including Senior Sales Manager, General Manager (Marketing), General Manager (Operations), Senior General Manager (Operations), and subsequently, Chief Operating Officer of Industrial Concrete Products Sdn Bhd ("ICP"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad.
In August 2018, he was appointed as Managing Director of ICP, where he was responsible for overseeing the operations of the Industry Division until his retirement in December 2022. His extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience have contributed significantly to the group's operational growth and development.

Madam Lau Swee Chin started her career in the Audit Department of Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad before embarking on her studies for the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("ICSA") examination. She completed her ICSA studies in 1986 and subsequently obtained the Associate Membership of ICSA in 1993.
She joined TAMS Secretarial Sdn Bhd in 1997 where she was later promoted as Head of the Company Secretarial Department. In 2003, she joined Miomira Corporate Services Sdn Bhd as a Partner and Head of the Company Secretarial Department. Her work covered the incorporation of companies and business enterprise, public listing company secretarial services, deregistration and liquidation and included advisory services.
Following her retirement in 2014, she set up a new partnership, Eco Gifts Shoppe, focusing on the importation of natural oils from selected countries for local bottling and distribution in Malaysia.

Datuk Seri Tpr. Haji Mahadi bin C. Ngah graduated with a Bachelor's in Urban and Regional Planning from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1983 and later obtained a Master's in Urban Development from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow in 1990.
He started his 40-year career with the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) in April 1983 as a town planner and has vast experience in Urban and Rural Planning, before rising up the ranks to eventually become executive director (planning) until his retirement in 2019.
He left his retirement in 2020 to take on the mantle of mayor of the country's capital city for two years and six months. He was elected as the 13th Mayor of Kuala Lumpur, serving from October 2020 until his retirement in March 2023.
He is currently the vice-chairman of Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan and a board member of MRT Lingkaran Sdn Bhd, a unit of Mass Rapid Transit Corp Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) which will undertake the delivery of the MRT Circle Line (MRT3) project. He was appointed as the Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director of Titijaya Land Berhad on 24 February 2024.

Dato' Azulita binti Salim graduated with a Bachelor's in Accountancy from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia in 1989 and later obtained Chartered Accountant from Malaysia Institute of Accountants in 1993.
She started her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young from 1989 to 1992. Subsequently she joined Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang (LPP) in 1992 as a Deputy Director until she became a Director of Finance Department at LPP from 2004 to 2013. In 2014, she became the State Director of LPP Negeri Sembilan. She was appointed as the Minister Counselor (Agriculture) for Embassy of Malaysia in Rome, Italy from 2015 until 2017 representing Malaysia at the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization. She was later appointed as the Director General, LPP from 2019 until her retirement in 2024.
