Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager
Job Requirement
  • A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Environmental/ Health/ Safety or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years related working experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental roles within the Construction Industry.
  • SHO certification is required.
  • Possess a valid DOSH green book.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the environmental issues e.g. water, air, odour qualities and noise level parameters are within permitted limit.
  • Liaise with authorities for application of Environmental pollution, recommend the corrective measures and prepare Environmental Monitoring and Audit Report (EMAR) on a monthly basis.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and verify all sales administration documents promptly.
  • Monitor and follow up on Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) documentation and loan documentation to facilitate timely loan release.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues related to problematic debtor accounts.
  • Ensure documentation tracking reports are accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned when required.
