A qualified lawyer and Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia, he has served on the boards of numerous Malaysian public listed companies and contributes broad governance and strategic oversight experience to the Group.
Dato' Subas Kumar A/L Ambairam

Dato' Subas oversees the Group's overall business operations and spearheads its strategic direction and business development. A mechanical engineering graduate, he founded SKA Rekabina in 2009 and has played a key role in the growth and expansion of the Group's power infrastructure engineering activities.
Kenneth Chin Kah Kiong
Independent Non-Executive Director
Kenneth is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in audit, finance, corporate planning and corporate governance. He has held senior financial and board positions in several public listed companies and currently chairs the Group's Audit and Risk Management Committee.
Tunku Rozita binti Tunku Abdul Malek

Tunku Rozita brings extensive experience in capital markets, institutional relations, business development and corporate leadership. Her career includes approximately 17 years with CIMB Investment Bank, where she rose to Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales, as well as subsequent board and senior management roles.
Karina binti Idris Ahmad Shah

Karina is a qualified lawyer with broad experience in legal affairs, regulatory compliance, infrastructure development and corporate governance across both the public and private sectors. She has held senior legal and advisory roles and currently chairs the Group's Nomination Committee.
