Broadening Our Capabilities
SKA Rekabina subscribed for a 70% equity interest in Reltency Engineering, expanding the Group's capabilities to include EPCC and electrical and mechanical engineering services. During the year, the Group also expanded into underground utilities engineering services.

A New Corporate Chapter
SKA Capital was converted into a public limited company and assumed its present name, SKA Capital Berhad, in conjunction with the Group's listing exercise, marking a new chapter in the Group's corporate journey.
